Job summary

Eightcap is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Italian market. This remote role reports to Head of Partners, Europe, and focuses on client acquisition, revenue growth and expanding our IB and Affiliate networks within Italy.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in online trading (Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies), an established Italian network, and a proven ability to exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in online trading including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies.
• Established network within the Italian financial services and trading community.
• Proven track record in business development, partnerships or sales within financial services or online trading.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for marketing and distributing trading products.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition, revenue growth and market expansion in Italy.
• Develop strategic partnerships and expand IB and Affiliate networks.
• Acquire high-value traders and strengthen Eightcap’s brand presence in the region.
• Monitor partner performance and identify new opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
