Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a fully remote Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager role based in Italy. You will design a scalable global learning framework, onboard programs, and blended solutions, collaborating with regional leaders and DBS teams.

The role reports to the Director Global Commercial Operations, drives alignment across regions, and manages training governance, analytics, and platforms while targeting a 20% bonus based on base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, training & development, or commercial management.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Proven track record building global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation and influencing skills.
• Strong MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with LLM tools.

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework.
• Partner with regional leaders to align training priorities.
• Establish governance, content management, and reporting.
