Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a remote role in Italy leading the Commercial Training & Competency Program. You will design a global framework, onboard programs, and blended learning solutions across regions.

You will build a global sales competency framework, assess capabilities, and drive development plans for all commercial roles. The position reports to the Director Global Commercial Operations and partners with DBS leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Experience building and managing global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and LLM-based tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead global commercial training strategy across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework.
• Align training priorities with regional leaders and DBS teams.
• Establish governance and operational excellence for content and LMS.
• Measure impact and drive continuous improvement of capabilities.
