Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. in Italy is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive new revenue across the CrowdStrike product suite.

You will prospect, qualify, and close enterprise deals while coordinating onboarding and renewal processes to maximize long-term value. You will build relationships with executive stakeholders, forecast accurately, and influence cross-functional teams to align customer needs with CrowdStrike solutions.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience selling security software to enterprise accounts
• Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision processes
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and financial acumen across all engagement levels
• Big-picture understanding of business and technical contexts of key opportunities
• Self-starter with leadership on accounts and cross-functional influence
• Consultative selling effectiveness and ability to build trust with customers
• Proficiency with MEDDPICC methodology and end-to-end sales lifecycle
• Experience leveraging AI to improve decision-making and efficiency
• BA/BS or equivalent; minimum 8+ years closing experience

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise revenue using flexible licensing models
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans aligning customer needs with CrowdStrike solutions
• Coordinate onboarding, accelerated product adoption, expansion, and smooth transition to renewal-focused teams
• Maintain timely CRM/marketing data on contacts, opportunities, and pipeline
• Ensure accurate forecasting and quarterly revenue delivery
• Promote CrowdStrike products and build brand mindshare across customer levels
• Provide feedback on products, systems, and processes to internal stakeholders
