Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a field sales leader to drive enterprise security software revenue across Italy. You will prospect, qualify, and close new business while partnering with onboarding and adoption teams to set up customers for expansion and renewal readiness.

You will own strategic accounts, maintain CRM data, forecast reliably, and help build brand mindshare with executive stakeholders. A deep MEDDPICC toolkit and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience in selling security software to enterprise accounts.
• Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision processes.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and financial acumen across all engagement levels.
• Big-picture understanding of business and technical contexts of key opportunities.
• Self-starter with leadership on accounts and cross-functional influence.
• Consultative selling effectiveness and ability to build trust with customers.
• Proficiency with MEDDPICC methodology and end-to-end sales lifecycle.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• BA/BS or equivalent; minimum 8+ years closing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise revenue using flexible licensing models
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans aligning customer needs with CrowdStrike solutions
• Coordinate onboarding, accelerated product adoption, expansion, and smooth transition to renewal-focused teams
• Maintain timely CRM/marketing data on contacts, opportunities, and pipeline
• Ensure accurate forecasting and quarterly revenue delivery
• Promote CrowdStrike products and build brand mindshare across customer levels
• Provide feedback on products, systems, and processes to internal stakeholders
