Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA to design, enable, and coordinate learning programs for internal Service teams and external customers across the EMEA region. This role focuses on scalable, data-driven learning solutions to improve service effectiveness and product adoption.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Service Transformation Office EMEA, collaborating with regional leaders, global training teams, marketing and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years in Training, Learning & Development, or related roles
• Experience designing training across multiple countries and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication in English

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies and curricula for technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches (digital, blended, on-demand).
• Ensure programs align with business priorities and customer needs.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners and SMEs
