Beckman Coulter Diagnostics invites applications for the role of Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA. This fully remote position within the EMEA region focuses on designing and coordinating modern training programs for internal Service teams and external customers.

Responsibilities include scalable learning strategies, curricula development, and adoption of digital and blended learning. Collaboration with global teams and external partners is essential for success.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or a related function.
Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering both technical and professional capabilities.
Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
