Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA. This fully remote role within the EMEA region focuses on designing, enabling, and coordinating training and education programs for internal Service teams and external customers.

You will build scalable, data-driven learning solutions, drive adoption of digital and blended learning, and collaborate with regional leaders, global training teams, and external partners to improve

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or a related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering both technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
• Ensure training and education programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and subject matter experts.
