Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA to design and coordinate training for internal service teams and external customers across the EMEA region. The role focuses on scalable, data-driven learning solutions to strengthen technical and soft skills, accelerate product adoption, and improve customer experience.

You will report to the Senior Director, Service Transformation Office EMEA, collaborating with Regional Service Leaders,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or a related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering both technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
• Ensure training and education programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and subject matter experts.
