Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA, a fully remote role within the EMEA region. You will design, coordinate, and scale learning programs for internal Service teams and external customers, aligning with business priorities while driving adoption of modern learning approaches.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Service Transformation Office EMEA and partners with Global Training Teams and external learning partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Training, Learning & Development or Customer Education.
• Experience leading training across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways for technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches including digital, blended, and on-demand learning.
• Ensure training and education programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate training delivery with internal and external partners, trainers, and subject matter experts.
