Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, is hiring a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager for the EMEA region. This fully remote role designs and coordinates learning programs for internal Service teams and external customers, with occasional on-site activities to support workshops.

You will report to the Senior Director, Service Transformation Office EMEA, and develop scalable, data-driven learning solutions, embracing digital, blended, and on-demand formats to improve

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Training, Learning & Development or related function.
• Experience designing programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering both technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
• Ensure training and education programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and subject matter experts.
