Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager - EMEA to design and coordinate modern training for internal Service teams and external customers across the EMEA region.

This role builds scalable, data-driven learning solutions to strengthen technical and soft skills, accelerate product adoption, and enhance customer experience, with a fully remote setup in the EMEA region and occasional on-site activities.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
• Ensure training and education programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and subject matter experts.
