Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager for the EMEA region. This remote role focuses on designing, enabling, and coordinating training for internal Service teams and external customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The role emphasizes building scalable, data-driven learning solutions to strengthen technical and soft skills, improve service effectiveness, and accelerate product adoption.

Competenze

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, etc.).

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches (digital, blended, on-demand).
• Ensure programs align with business priorities and customer needs.
