Amcor is seeking a Commercial Excellence Director to lead pricing excellence, margin optimization, and commercial performance management across Europe for the AC&I unit. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to unlock growth and value.

You will govern pricing frameworks, PriceFX deployment, and pricing processes, drive Value Plus programs, and ensure robust pipeline governance.

Formación

Significant experience in Sales, Commercial or Controlling roles.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Knowledge of pricing governance, frameworks and commercial processes.
Fluent English; other European languages preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead pricing strategy, governance, and tools to optimize pricing performance.
Own pricing configurators, PriceFX deployment, and pricing process simplification.
Drive margin improvement and Value Plus initiatives across sites and customers.
Maintain pipeline governance, data quality, transparency and action tracking.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to identify opportunities.
Support BU leadership in delivering commercial objectives and growth initiatives.
