ADAMA Ltd. in Italy is seeking a Commercial Excellence Lead to strengthen our commercial capabilities. This highly collaborative role works across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Leadership to turn data and market insights into decisions and measurable impact.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of commercial experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and forecasting skills, plus experience with CRM data, KPIs and reporting. Fluent English and Italian for local market.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Plant Sciences or related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant commercial experience.
Fluent English; Italian for local market.
Strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working with CRM data and commercial KPIs.

Mansioni

Lead the Commercial WinRoom / S&OP process to align teams around performance.
Improve forecast accuracy, inventory visibility and commercial decision-making.
Identify high-value customers, territories and crop opportunities for sales focus.
Develop fact-based customer and territory targeting models and segmentation.
Turn Salesforce/CRM data into actionable commercial insights and improve CRM adoption.
Develop dashboards, KPI scorecards and reporting for sell-in, sell-out and channel performance.
Partner with commercial leaders to translate insights into clear actions and measurable results.
