Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive HyFlex adoption, combining business development, product management, and sales. You will build market awareness, engage early with customers, and develop tools and collateral.

Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus. This role offers exposure to renewable energy markets and a hybrid work environment with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, engineering, sustainability, energy or a related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, account management, marketing or commercial operations.
• Proven ability to research target accounts, generate leads and develop outreach strategies.
• Confident engaging customers and senior stakeholders with clear next steps.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness of HyFlex across markets via outreach, events and presentations.
• Develop qualified leads and manage the opportunity pipeline using CRM.
• Support sales with account strategies, messaging and plan development.
• Create persuasive business cases and value propositions.
• Coordinate inputs across product, tendering, and marketing to align messaging.
