Hitachi Energy in Italy seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large EPC projects, ensuring execution aligns with contracts, safety standards and financial targets. You will coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, drive risk management, and maintain strong customer relationships to support successful project outcomes.

The role requires fluency in English and Italian, with willingness to travel up to 40% (Italy and abroad).

Competenze

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing large EPC projects in energy or industrial sector.
• Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus.
• PMI Certification is an added value.

Mansioni

• Lead the project team and oversee execution planning and hand-over.
• Define project plans with Project Controls, including scope, schedule, cost and risk.
• Monitor and control project finances, invoicing, costs and cash flow.
• Ensure contract and claims management per company policies.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and procurement of services and materials.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as customer focal point.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental policies.
