RateHawk, part of Emerging Travel Group, is seeking an Account Manager for Lombardy. This remote role concentrates on expanding partner relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, and OTAs, strengthening our local market presence.

You will manage end-to-end B2B sales, collaborate with the sales team, and train partners on systems while analyzing market trends and driving API deals. Travel up to 40–50% for meetings and events; fluency in Italian and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and intermediate English required.
• Minimum 3 years in full sales life cycle with B2B focus.
• Data-driven, metrics-oriented with strong Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners (tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs).
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow opportunities within the territory.
• Provide system training and regular reporting through CRM.
• Drive API deals with partners and support payments control.
• Travel 40%–50% of time for client meetings and events.
