A leading green tech company is seeking a Distribution Service Engineer in Italy. You will manage a hotline for distributors and installers, provide training, and perform onsite troubleshooting. Ideal candidates should have a BA in electrical engineering, at least 3 years in technical support for PV systems, and be fluent in English and Italian. This role offers opportunities for career advancement and training across Europe and China.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in after sale or technical support jobs for PV/ESS/O&M.
• Job experience in inverter is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Manage hotline/ticket system for distributors/installers in Italy & Balkans.
• Provide training for distributors/installers.
• Conduct onsite troubleshooting with partner success manager.

Conoscenze

Passion and motivation to succeed

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office

Quick learner

Language skills: English and Italian (C1)

Formazione

BA or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent
