Sungrow - Emea in Milan leads the regional O&M team delivering remote diagnostics, on-site interventions, and data-driven service management for PV and BESS fleets. You will own technical operations, coordinating Field Service Engineers and partners across Italy and the Balkans.

The role emphasizes RCA/reporting, SLA/LTSA understanding, and travel up to 50% across Italy with occasional Balkans visits. Proficiency in Italian and English, MS Office, and Power BI is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in O&M, field service or commissioning of utility-scale PV and/or BESS
• Strong remote troubleshooting, log analysis, RCA and KPI reporting
• Ability to read and apply SLA/LTSA, warranty and partner contracts including scope and penalties
• Italian C2 and English B2 or higher; Spanish a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with AI tools; Power BI a plus

Aufgaben

• Be the first line of remote troubleshooting on inverters, PCS, batteries, EMS and SCADA
• Plan and guide on-site interventions with Field Service Engineers and partners
• Develop clear RCAs and technical reports for warranty and contractual decisions
• Plan preventive maintenance campaigns and deliver monthly KPI reports
• Follow up on contract invoicing and service partner invoices; coordinate partners across Italy and Balkans
• Support LTSA and SLA reviews and use AI/data tools to maintain service quality
