Job summary

DNV GL is hiring a Sales Area Manager – Supply Chain Assurance for Central Europe (UK or Italy). The role focuses on growing the General Industries segment, building a robust sales pipeline, engaging key clients, and collaborating across functions to raise DNV’s visibility.

You will analyze markets, capture opportunities, and execute sales actions to meet targets, with travel regionally and internationally. English/Italian fluency is required and a valid EU driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales or business development, preferably in auditing services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in General Industries.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English/Italian depending on location.
• Valid EU driving licence.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regional General Industries market to identify trends, opportunities, customers, and competitive strategies.
• Meet and progressively achieve individual sales targets.
• Develop prospects and nurture existing key customers to enable sales actions.
• Follow up on leads from multiple channels to maximize conversion.
• Maintain strong pipeline management and accurate forecasts to support planning.
• Develop a network of channels in General Industries with lead generation activities.
• Participate in local events organized by Marcom.
• Support visibility of DNV in the General Industries market.
