Job summary

DNV GL is seeking a Sales Area Manager – Supply Chain Assurance for Central Europe (UK or Italy), based in Teramo, Abruzzo, Italy. You will drive growth, build a robust sales pipeline, engage key clients, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to raise visibility of DNV’s supply chain assurance services.

You will analyze markets, develop prospects, meet sales targets, travel regionally and internationally, and maintain accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales or business development, preferably in auditing services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in General Industries.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English/Italian depending on location.
• Valid EU driving licence.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regional General Industries market to identify trends, opportunities, customers, and competitive strategies.
• Meet and progressively achieve individual sales targets.
• Develop prospects and nurture existing key customers to enable sales actions.
• Follow up on leads from multiple channels to maximize conversion.
• Maintain strong pipeline management and accurate forecasts to support planning.
• Develop a network of channels in General Industries with lead generation activities.
• Participate in local events (exhibitions, conferences, workshops) organized by Marcom.
• Support visibility of DNV in the General Industries market.
