We are seeking a highly motivated recruiter to join our team! As a recruiter at Manpower, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from identifying candidates to facilitating the hiring process. Your goal will be to attract and retain top talent that aligns with our company's values and objectives.

What will you be doing?

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Have a mixture of days onsite at the client as well as work from home
• Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS
• Conduct interviews, phone, video, and in-person to assess candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit
