Real Estate Accountant (m/w/d)

Fulltime (40h), Location Milan or Lombardy

Responsibilities
  • Entering and maintaining contract data in the real estate accounting system
  • Calculating turnover rent and monthly billing of rental income and ancillary costs
  • Creating and sending monthly outgoing invoices for rent, ancillary costs, and service charges
  • Processing addenda like rent reductions, contract extensions, termination rights, and contract transfers
  • Updating master data (e.g., addresses, bank guarantees, tacit renewals)
  • Performing indexing and preparing the annual turnover rent statement
  • Evaluating and checking rent roll in cooperation with the center manager
  • Calculating and invoicing the annual service charge statement, including advance payments, distribution keys, and caps
  • Recharging of utilities (e.g., electricity, gas, water)
  • Supporting tenants with the creation of short‑term contracts and the preparation of the corresponding invoices
  • Handling inquiries and calculating rental incentives
