About The Role

You will develop Consumer Tyres for European and MEA markets as part of an integrated project team, embracing a strong project management discipline and facing technical challenges in order to meet the future needs.

Responsibilities
  • Contributes to the technical development of tyres for delivery to consumer markets.
  • Contributes to the process of benchmarking, designing prototypes, planning and analyzing test results, preparing design review documentation.
  • Contributes to define and manage the project schedule and Gantt.
  • Prepares appropriate documentation for assigned projects.
  • Provides his/her contribution to the preparation of Technical Meetings with the BSEMEA functions.
  • Manages assigned tasks with high level of proficiency and autonomy.
Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Education: Master or other certification; University degree in engineering (mechanical, materials design, industrial engineering and equivalent).
  • Experience: Previous experience in the tyre / automotive industries might be a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Very good MS Office packages and CAD systems, good CREO / PRO-E capabilities; Digital mind‑set: Ability to develop and/or apply new digital tools/software to change business or processes; Statistic and simulation tools, basics of material characterization, basic knowledge of tyre construction are a nice to have.
  • Languages: Fluency in English.
  • Soft/Behavioral Skills: Teamworking; Project management; Problem solving; Learning skills and Change Agility.
