Job summary

Glovo is seeking an Account Manager for Q-Commerce to own and scale a portfolio of SMB partners across categories like pharmacies, beauty, pet supplies, florists, and specialty stores. You will act as a growth consultant, unlocking revenue streams and optimizing catalog performance to drive high-volume expansion.

You will partner with Onboarding, Partner Operations, and Local Marketing teams to share insights, test scalable SMB initiatives, and foster continuous growth across the Q-Commerce

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in account management, commercial sales, business development, or client-facing operations.
Background in e-commerce, Q-Commerce, retail, FMCG, or a fast-paced tech/startup environment.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts while prioritizing high-impact growth levers.
Strong analytical capability—comfortable with spreadsheets and deciphering performance metrics to guide merchants.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Ownership & Relationship Building: Establish trust and build proactive relationships across your SMB partner portfolio, understanding merchant needs through regular touchpoints, operational reviews, and performance check-ins.
