AECOM Buildings + Places is actively seeking a highly organizedProject Managerto be based in our Milanoffice.
As aProject Manager, you will be joining a highly motivated and proactive team, working on multidisciplinary projects delivered across several geographies, with the potential to grow and thrive. Managing diverse projects will provide you with the opportunity to learn from professionals from different fields of expertise, acquiring general knowledge of the design and construction process.
Also you will get an overview of the complete project life cycle, from early proposal stages, throughout the project planning, set up and execution, up to project closure.
Theresponsibilitiesof this role include, but are not limited, to the following tasks:
Managing multiple projects of various complexities, working with international delivery teams.
Information and document management, and organization of deliveries.
Client interface, preparation of presentations, and coordination and set up of meetings, agenda, and meeting minutes.
Project performance control and production of project control documentation: risk assessment, schedules, financial control, list of deliverables, reports, etc.
Quality control of deliverables, and coordination of project quality control processes.
Stakeholder management, including internal stakeholders and assisting the Design Manager with general coordination of the delivery team.
Coordinate and manage project subcontractors, including procurement.
General assistance in business development tasks, including preparation of proposal bid documentation.
Demonstrateinitiative, foresight, and sound judgment in solving challenges.
Are a team player and able to work with different stakeholders: teams, clients, sub-consultants, and vendors.
Good organization skills and the ability to multitask, overseeing several projects simultaneously.
Highly motivatedand willing to both learn and propose.
Excellent communication, presentation, and generalinterpersonal skills.
Have worked within BIM environment.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office software, MS Project preferred.
Open to travel at work.
