Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager

The After-sales team leader reports directly to the Branch Manager. He is responsible for leading the operation and administration of its team with the goal of delivering ordered solutions, from the initial planning after tender awarding up to the commissioning, to the customer at its satisfaction.

The role requires constant coordination with the customer, its team for standard project and also with the headquarters for solutions (project requires specific developments).

With his team, the After-sales team leader has also the responsibility of managing the IEM install based by providing after- sales service to the final customer.

Finally the role will support the technical lead and the Branch Manager in, respectively, elaborate answers to tender and company's strategic vision.

Requisiti

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field (Master\'s degree preferred)
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
• Fluency in Italian and English (French knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong proficiency in project management software and tools
