Villeroy & Boch Group in Milan is seeking a proactive Project Consultant to generate product specifications and maximize volume and value. You will be deeply familiar with the products, support demand creation activities, and provide training and expertise to agents.

On the ground, you will visit architects and design-build contractors to generate demand, organize events, and perform background research on customers, prospects, and competitors to empower the sales team.

PURPOSE:

The Project Consultant is in charge of generating specifications in order to maximize both volume and value.

Being fully conversant with products, s/he will support demand creation activities, providing also training ability and expertise to agents.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be on the ground and visit business partner (Architects, specifiers such as Building Surveyors, Design & Build Contractors) in order to generate demand creation and increase sales, maximizing revenues, and to provide additional credibility and presence to business relationships with customers and prospects
• Organise meetings / events with targeted groups to promote products and/or services
• Perform background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and trends to support the sales team’s activities.
• Proactively work with salesmen to identify product needs, issues and determine effective solutions, directly answering product technical questions
