Villeroy & Boch Group is seeking an on-site Visual Merchandising Assistant in Milan to support retail stores with guidelines and display execution. You will ensure proper store layout, product settings, and visual standards while assisting with the production and shipment of sales materials.

The role requires Italian as a native language and good English proficiency, plus a degree in Art/Design/Marketing. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite are a plus for creating

Main Responsibilities

Support retail stores with visual merchandising guidelines and display implementation

Ensure correct store layout, product setting, graphics, and display standards

Assist in the production and shipment management of sales support materials for stores

Support stock monitoring activities and share replenishment needs related to visual requirements

Collaborate with Store Managers to evaluate layout changes and improvement initiatives

Manage and share visual photo reports and store feedback

Technical Skills
