The Villeroy & Boch Group, a global leader in premium dining and lifestyle products, seeks a Visual Merchandiser to support retail stores in Monza and surrounding areas. You will implement brand guidelines to ensure cohesive store visuals and layouts.

Responsibilities include maintaining correct product placement, graphics, and display standards; assisting with production and shipment of sales support materials; monitoring stock and replenishment; collaborating with Store Managers on layout

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design/Marketing or related fields required.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Interest in visual merchandising, branding, and retail environments.

Main Responsibilities

Support retail stores with visual merchandising guidelines and display implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Italian native speaker (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of English
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or related fields
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus
• Interest in visual merchandising, branding, and retail environments
