Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Product Owner (Customer Experience) based in Italy. You will own the end-to-end customer journey across consumer-facing products, identifying friction points and growth opportunities, and translating insights into measurable business growth.

You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and designers to prioritize the backlog and drive initiatives from concept to launch, with a strong emphasis on revenue and profitability, not just conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/PM/Team Lead in B2C products.
• Hands-on product ownership including analysis, briefs, and execution.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for product analytics and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer journey from registration to long-term engagement.
• Identify friction points and growth opportunities across the funnel.
• Explore product analytics using AI-powered tools and BigQuery.
• Translate insights into hypotheses and actionable opportunities.
• Write product briefs and drive initiatives through specs, prototyping, development, and release.
• Prioritize backlog based on user and business value.
• Link initiatives to revenue, turnover, and net profit.
