Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager – Administration & Governance in Italy to shape how organizations adopt a shared development platform. You will enable self-service onboarding and governance controls for identity, permissions, auditing, and spending, guiding adoption across teams and business units in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Product Management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience building self-service products for developer experience with governance needs for platform and IT teams.
• Understanding of software builders’ needs and enterprise infrastructure responsibilities.
• Ability to reason about identity management, permissions, organizational boundaries, and usage attribution.
• Strong perspective on how AI agents are changing software development and platform support.
• Experience with controlled experimentation and data analysis to connect onboarding with sustained engagement.
• Bias toward action and iterative development; shipping and learning from feedback.
• Hands-on product management with direct experience using the products you own.
• Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and feedback synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation and enterprise adoption.
• Make project creation and onboarding self-service for access and infrastructure on the platform.
• Develop a unified company-wide administration experience with visibility into projects, usage, and resources.
• Define ownership, access, boundaries, and permissions for independent team operation with oversight.
• Collaborate with platform, IT, security, and finance to translate enterprise requirements into controls.
• Define the path from experimentation to production and governance evolution as apps grow.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to scale early implementations.
• Define success metrics and implement end-to-end product measurement to guide decisions.
