Jobgether seeks a Product Owner (Matchmaking) based in Italy to own the post-purchase journey, drive meaningful matches, and optimize activation for paying users in a remote-first setup.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers to improve recommendations, personalization, and engagement, while planning experiments and measuring outcomes to deliver growth across the onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Proven B2C product management experience.
• Experience with discovery-driven products with large volumes of offers or connections.
• Familiarity with matching and recommendation systems.
• Understanding segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Background in marketplaces, social discovery, or related sectors.
• Ability to translate insights into testable hypotheses and requirements.
• Experience designing and evaluating experiments with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-purchase customer journey end-to-end to drive meaningful matches.
• Improve matching relevance and the volume of quality recommendations.
• Increase engagement and the likelihood of first-week successful connections.
• Design engagement mechanisms (gamification, nudges, reminders) to activate conversations.
• Leverage segmentation and enriched data to improve recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities from product metrics and qualitative feedback.
• Define hypotheses and clear product requirements with success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineers, designers, analysts, and data scientists.
• Run experiments (A/B tests) and measure results to optimize impact.
• Continuously improve the customer experience with data-driven decisions.
