Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Director of Product-Led Growth based in Italy to design and lead a scalable PLG engine for a global cloud platform. You will own ARR, drive freemium conversion, expansion, and retention across markets, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales in a remote-first environment.

You will build data-driven growth programs, optimize onboarding and monetization, and guide international expansion while delivering measurable revenue outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• Proven PLG leadership in SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Direct revenue accountability including ARR growth.
• Strategic, commercial expertise for self-serve models.
• Cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the PLG revenue strategy; own ARR from signup to paid conversion, expansion and retention.
• Develop scalable growth programs; set revenue and user acquisition targets across international markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Identify in-product monetization opportunities and optimize onboarding and self-serve funnels.
• Improve retention using behavioral analytics, churn indicators, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Establish performance metrics, test growth hypotheses and iterate on acquisition, activation, conversion and expansion.
