Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a GTM Operations Manager based in Italy. You will join a remote-first, international environment and own end-to-end GTM workflows, connecting Sales, Marketing and Customer Growth teams.

You will build and optimize data flows, automate handoffs, and develop AI-powered processes, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive reliable lifecycle programs and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in go-to-market, revenue, marketing, or customer operations with practical impact.
• Salesforce experience: objects, relationships, fields, flows, and data management.
• Experience building workflows in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo/Braze/Iterable/CI).
• Proven AI-powered workflows: problem, approach, evaluation, limitations, outcomes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multiple systems.
• Ownership mindset: manage projects independently and communicate trade-offs.
• Excellent written communication; document processes and decisions clearly.
• High attention to data accuracy, audience definitions, and data dependencies.
• Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset; collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own select GTM workflows end-to-end, translating business needs into practical solutions.
• Define success metrics, manage implementation, and drive ongoing improvements.
• Optimize lead and account handoffs with data enrichment, routing, and alerts.
• Support lifecycle programs with Marketing and Customer Growth through segmentation and triggers.
• Maintain reliable data flows across CRM, marketing automation, and product usage systems.
• Build, test, and monitor robust automations; coordinate changes with system owners.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows for enrichment, research, and QA.
• Document workflows; maintain guides and support onboarding and adoption.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards for workflow health and adoption.
