Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Designer – Growth/Website based in Italy to own the design and optimization of high-impact web pages and landing pages. You will drive conversion through experimentation and collaborate with growth, marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams.

You will translate business objectives into customer-focused solutions, develop hypotheses, plan A/B tests, and ensure design systems stay cohesive.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with website/landing page ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and optimization of website pages and landing pages.
• Define problem statements, establish success metrics, develop hypotheses, and create prototypes for rapid experimentation.
• Plan, execute, and iterate on A/B tests to improve conversion.
• Deliver high-quality visual designs and intuitive interfaces while maintaining brand and design systems.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams to align on objectives.
• Develop visual and written storytelling for new products, features, launches, and offers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and evaluate experiments.
• Design landing pages for product launches with marketing teams.
• Maintain design craftsmanship and provide feedback to peers.
• Oversee design quality assurance for web experiments and launches.
