Jobgether in Italy is seeking a Founder’s Associate - Product for a partner company. You will shape product strategy at the intersection of product management, AI, and Revenue Operations, working closely with the founders to turn customer challenges into impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic background in economics, business, or industrial engineering, or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup, VC, or consulting environment requiring independent execution.
• Exceptional written communication, able to express complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong curiosity, independent thinking, and well-developed opinions on effective product management.
• Fluency in English and motivation to work closely with founders on meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a product area, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Engage with Sales and Revenue Operations to understand workflows and Salesforce usage.
• Translate customer insights into clear product opportunities and actionable decisions.
• Define AI-powered features and surface relevant information while minimizing noise.
• Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Define KPIs, monitor product adoption, and evaluate feature performance using data.
• Gather feedback and continuously refine product functionality and UX.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap prioritisation, and quality standards.
