Chronos Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant (Presales) based in Italy to guide enterprise customers through evaluation journeys, map future-state architectures, and demonstrate how the platform delivers measurable value.

You will own the technical workstream during the presales lifecycle, run workshops, define integration and AI-driven automation scenarios, and contribute to product direction by feeding market needs back to the Product team.

Competenze

• 3+ years of presales experience within a SaaS company.
• Strong background in enterprise integration and automation across industries.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, APIs, web services, and databases.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies, iPaaS, and SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience building customer-specific value propositions and integration roadmaps.
• Awareness of major integration vendors (MuleSoft, Microsoft, Boomi, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Understanding of how AI/agents reshape integration and orchestration.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; Computer Science is a plus.
• Strong English and Italian communication; Spanish a plus.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-growth environment.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for mixed audiences.
• Strong presentation and architectural discussion skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, willing to take on new initiatives.
• Passion for technology and delivering measurable business value.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.

Mansioni

• Lead technical discovery and validation during the sales cycle.
• Partner with AEs, Solution Architects, and Customer Success.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution designs.
• Run workshops, build POCs, and support RFIs/RFPs.
• Conduct business and technical discovery and present proposed architectures.
• Represent the product at events and customer meetings.
• Gather field feedback and share it with Product and Engineering.
