Qualifications

• 3+ years of presales experience in a SaaS company.
• Strong background in enterprise integration and automation.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, integration patterns, middleware, APIs, web services, messaging frameworks, and databases.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies, iPaaS solutions, and modern SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience building customer-specific value propositions, integration roadmaps, and architectural recommendations.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; Computer Science is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Italian; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, diagnosis, and validation during the sales cycle.
• Partner with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution designs.
• Run workshops, build POCs, and support RFIs/RFPs.
• Conduct business and technical discovery and present proposed architectures.
• Represent the product at events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Gather feedback from the field and share it with Product and Engineering.
