Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Account Solution Engineer (Presales Consultant) in Italy to drive the technical sales cycle. You will translate business objectives into tailored recommendations, present product offerings, address objections, and build confidence in our AI-driven Salesforce solutions.

You will collaborate with the sales team, understand client needs, and deliver innovative demos, aiming to accelerate customer transformation journeys with Salesforce’s AI-rich platform.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience delivering Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, or delivery for enterprise software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle with cross-functional teams.
• Understand the customer's needs and position Salesforce as the best solution.
• Deliver customized demos and address objections to customers.
• Participate in product, sales, and training to maintain knowledge.
• Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
• Respond to RFPs and drive the technical side of the sales cycle.
