SAJ Electric, based in Udine, Italy, is seeking an experienced technical support professional to serve both pre-sales and post-sales activities in the solar and renewable energy domain.

You will advise Sales Managers, distributors and installers on product selection, system configuration and integration, and you will troubleshoot issues, provide training, and support product launches across the Italian market. Fluent Italian and English are required; occasional travel within Europe is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or related field.
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Italian and good English; Chinese preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and Europe occasionally.
• Experience in technical support, field service or pre-sales engineering preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection, system configuration and technical solutions.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, communication, software and product-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through regular meetings, visits and project support.
• Support new product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events in the Italian market.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements, market feedback and recurring technical issues to Product and R&D teams.
• Support local product testing and validation, including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration testing.
• Maintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Service and R&D teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and product issues.
