SAJ Electric in Italy is seeking an experienced technical support professional to provide pre-sales and after-sales support across distributors, installers and EPCs. You will help with product selection, system configuration and technical solutions.

You will troubleshoot installation and commissioning, maintain relationships with customers, support product launches and training in the Italian market, and document issues for Product and R&D while traveling nationally.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or related field.
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems preferred.
• Good understanding of PV systems, inverters, batteries, electrical systems and system commissioning.
• Previous experience in technical support, field service, application engineering or pre-sales engineering preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable communicating directly with installers, distributors, EPCs and professional customers.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to manage technical issues independently.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe.
• Fluent Italian and good English skills; Chinese preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, software and product-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through meetings, visits and project support.
• Support new product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events in the Italian market.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements, market feedback and recurring technical issues to Product and R&D teams.
• Support local product testing and validation, including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration testing.
• Maintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Service and R&D teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and product issues.
