SAJ Electric is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide pre-sales and after-sales support across Italy, helping customers select products, configure systems and resolve technical issues.

You will build strong relationships with installers, distributors and EPCs while supporting product launches, training events and customer engagements in the Italian market. The role requires travel within Italy and some Europe-wide exposure.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with solar PV, inverters, batteries or renewable energy systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of PV systems, inverters, batteries and system commissioning.
• Experience in technical support, field service, application engineering or pre-sales engineering preferred.
• Ability to communicate with installers, distributors, EPCs and customers.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection and system configuration.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning and product-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through regular meetings and project support.
• Support new product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events in the Italian market.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements and market feedback to Product and R&D teams.
• Support local product testing and validation, including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration testing.
• Maintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals and training materials.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Service and R&D teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
