SAJ Electric in Mantova, Lombardy, Italy seeks a Technical Support Engineer for pre-sales and after-sales support of solar PV, inverters and energy storage systems. You will translate technical solutions for installers, EPCs and key customers, and contribute to cross-functional product improvements.

This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Product and R&D teams, along with travel within Italy and occasional Europe. Fluent Italian and good English are essential; Chinese is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewables preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate with installers, distributors and EPCs.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and Europe.
• Fluent Italian and good English; Chinese preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers.
• Deliver after-sales technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with key customers.
• Support new product launches, training, webinars and events in the Italian market.
• Collect customer requirements and feedback to Product and R&D.
• Support local product testing and validation including firmware and system integration testing.
• Maintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals and training materials.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Service and R&D to resolve issues.
