Saj Electric is seeking a capable pre-sales and after-sales technical support engineer in Italy. You will guide customers on product selection, configure systems and provide technical solutions across PV, inverters and energy storage.

You will build strong relationships with installers, distributors and EPCs, deliver trainings and support product launches in the Italian market, and collaborate with Sales, Product and R&D to resolve issues. Italian and English fluency is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or a related technical field.
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Italian and good English skills are required.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection, system configuration and technical solutions.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, communication, software and product-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through regular meetings, visits and project support.
• Support new product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events in the Italian market.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements, market feedback and recurring technical issues to Product and R&D teams.
• Support local product testing and validation, including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration testing.
• Maintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Service and R&D teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and product issues.
