Saj Electric in Italy seeks an experienced technical support professional to provide pre-sales and after-sales assistance for solar PV and renewable energy projects. You will help with product selection, system configuration and technical solutions.

You will build strong relationships with installers, distributors and EPCs, support product launches and customer events in the Italian market, and translate customer feedback into improvements for Product and R&D.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or a related technical field.
• Relevant experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection, system configuration and technical solutions.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, communication, software and product-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through regular meetings, visits and project support.
• Support new product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events in the Italian market.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements, market feedback and recurring technical issues to Product and R&D teams.
• Support local product testing and validation, including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration testing.
• Maintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Service and R&D teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and product issues.
