Saj Electric in Lombardy, Italy is seeking an experienced technical specialist to provide both pre-sales and after-sales support for solar PV, inverters and energy storage systems. You will help with product selection, system configuration and technical solutions for key customers, distributors and installers.

Fluent Italian and good English are required, with willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally across Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or related field.
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with installers, distributors, EPCs and professional customers.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally Europe.
• Fluent Italian and good English skills.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection and system configuration.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, and product issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through meetings, visits and project support.
• Support new product launches, trainings, webinars, workshops and events in the Italian market.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements and market feedback to Product and R&D teams.
• Support local product testing and validation, including firmware, software and system integration testing.
• Localise technical documentation such as manuals, FAQs and training materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Service and R&D to resolve customer and product issues promptly.
