SAJ Electric in Italy seeks an experienced technical advocate to provide pre-sales support to sales teams, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection and system configuration. You will also deliver after-sales technical assistance, troubleshoot installations and software issues while building strong relationships with customers across projects.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics or related technical field.
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across teams.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support including product selection, system configuration and solutions.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshoot installation, commissioning and software issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers through meetings and project support.
• Support new product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops in the Italian market.
• Collect customer requirements and feedback for Product and R&D teams.
• Support local product testing and validation including firmware and system integration testing.
• Maintain and localize manuals, FAQs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Service and R&D to resolve issues promptly.
