A leading PPE provider is seeking a PPE Sales Manager for the Lombardia region. The manager will oversee a team and ensure sales targets are met while fostering professional development. Key responsibilities include coaching sales specialists, collaborating with different business lines, and ensuring control of sales KPIs. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, adaptability, and thorough knowledge of the Personal Protective Equipment market. This position encourages growth and values ethical practices in driving business success.
Reporting to the Head of Sales PPE, Sales Manager PPE role is to ensure the achievement of the assigned targets, following company’s sales strategy through the people managed, PPE Sales Specialist, and the full collaboration within the Safety and Hygiene Business Line.
Leading her/his team to continuous development by enhancing orientation to sales results, negotiation capacity, Personal Protective Equipment service and products knowledge and matrix way of working.
Residency: Lombardia or Piemonte
